Refund policy
No refunds are given on merchandise returns. Instead, store credit in the form of a gift card is issued.
- Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information. If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).
- Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Merchandise must be in good condition with tags attached and accompanied with the order number / receipt.
- Any items purchased on sale or discounted or special orders are considered final sale and no refund will be given.
- Please email us at shop@xoxoboutiqueoxford.com with "Returns" in the subject line and include your order number to start the returns process
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please ship back to us in a trackable manner for your protection.
- We currently do not have the ability to process exchanges. Please return and place an additional order for the item you wish to exchange.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at shop@xoxoboutiqueoxford.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
