Orders placed before 12p noon CST will ship same day. If an order is placed on Friday afternoon, the next business day is Monday.

If your order is placed before 12p CT Monday through Friday, it will ship same day. Thereafter, it can take up to 5 business days to receive your order.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15. Orders over $75 ship for free.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to shop@xoxoboutiqueoxford.com within 1 hour of ordering. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you must go through the returns process.

No refunds are given on merchandise returns; however, merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information.*

*If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).

*Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information.

All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Please return your item to us and, once your refund has been processed, you can simply repurchase the item in the correct size / color / etc.
