Shipping & Returns

Please read our full FAQs section in Shipping / Returns / Exchanges here. Below is a summary of our Shipping & Return policies:

  • Orders placed before 12p noon CST will ship same day. If an order is placed on Friday afternoon, the next business day is Monday. If your order is placed before 12p CT Monday through Friday, it will ship same day. Thereafter, it can take up to 5 business days to receive your order. Shipping is a flat rate of $10. Orders over $75 ship for free. If you wish for an order to be shipped internationally, please reach out to shop@xoxoboutiqueoxford.com prior to ordering. 
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to shop@xoxoboutiqueoxford.com within 1 hour of ordering. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you must go through the returns process.
  • No refunds are given on merchandise returns; however, merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information.*
  • You can reference our Refund policy for more details.
  • *If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).
  • *Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information.
  • All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
  • Please return your item to us and, once your refund has been processed, you can simply repurchase the item in the correct size / color / etc.
  • No refunds are given on merchandise returns. Instead, store credit in the form of a gift card is issued.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information. If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).
  • Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Merchandise must be in good condition with tags attached and accompanied with the order number / receipt.
  • Any items purchased on sale or discounted or special orders are considered final sale and no refund will be given.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ship back to us in a trackable manner for your protection.
  • We currently do not have the ability to process exchanges. Please return and place an additional order for the item you wish to exchange.
